The Pancake Club – Stars of Ritzville Washington!

When I thought of the concept for the Pancake Club series, I had the perfect little American town in mind. When my husband and I were driving back from Spokane across Washington, we stopped in the sleepy little town of Ritzville.

It was perfect! And The Memories Diner came to life in the books. I met with Lori one of the owners.
